This article presents an experience of psychoanalytic practice beyond the limits of the consulting room, describing an intervention program aimed at adolescents exhibiting suicidal behavior, developed at a public primary care center in Uruguay during 2023. The contributions of psychoanalysis enriched the team’s interdisciplinary approach, enabling more comprehensive responses to the complexities of this population and highlighting the importance of developing interventions outside the traditional consulting space, in direct contact with the community.
